| During the preparations for the above event - from about 19th July until the 8th August, - the stage build and break gang will occupy the southern end of the lower field. This may not cause us a problem, but we MUST not overfly people or property - keep to the northern end of the field. Will all members be very careful to avoid locking the Estate workers out. You must put our lock through the free end of the chain and the hasp of the Estate lock - NOT through the other end of the chain. When you have locked up; stop and think can they still get into the field! Remove all litter. Training sessions, subject to weather and instructor availability, take place on THURSDAY evenings. These are aimed at getting novices ready for their A Certs and we would like to reserve these sessions for that purpose.
